As the waves crash
Incessant one and all
As the god fearing waters
Serve Poseidon's call
Like silvered warriors
To let their mighty forms
Crumble, forlorn
Upon meeting the seditious sand
Who loves the kiss of the waves
But still more prefers their doom
As the waves roll towards the climax
Where the bath of foam will consume
So too do I arc myself towards you
As I anticipate no end
Of forever and for always
Wishing to descend
Into a fluttered heap at your feet
Prompted only by a gaze
and the sensation of the trace
Upon the meeting of your hand
